Tuition Rewards Program
SAGE Scholars’ Tuition Rewards® program is a college saving plan like no other! The program allows you to earn guaranteed scholarships at participating private colleges and universities across America, equaling up to one full year’s tuition. And best of all, the Tuition Rewards program is free for families!
How Does Tuition Rewards Work?
Tuition Rewards Points accrue like frequent flyer miles and may be earned through your relationship with Paradox College Funding. Each Tuition Reward Point is equal to $1.00 in tuition discounts if the student attends a participating college or university. The accumulated points represent the minimum scholarship that your student will receive so, for example, 20,000 Tuition Reward Points may represent a guaranteed minimum $20,000 scholarship at any of these member schools.
How Are The Points Awarded?
Families who make a committed effort to save for, and reduce the cost of, their students’ college education will benefit most from the Program. Paradox College Funding will award you a guaranteed minimum scholarship valued at $500, for your children (or grandchildren), in each of the following ways:
- As an attendee at one of our workshops
- When you sit down with us for a complimentary, personalized consultation
- If you choose to engage our services as a client
- At each annual review meeting with you, as our client
- For registering on the SAGE Tuition Rewards website
- For referrals – 500 Points for each referral you send us who becomes a Paradox College Funding client!
Points also may be earned by saving with one of SAGE’s approved Financial Partners; Tuition Points accrue in this manner annually as a percentage of eligible assets.
How Are The Points Redeemed?
The first step in the Reward redemption process is your student’s registration on the SAGE website. The student enrollment deadline is August 31st of the year that 11th grade begins. Points earned by families must be transferred to student beneficiaries by August 31st of the year that 12th grade begins. To utilize Reward points, families must submit a Rewards statement during the high school senior year to the participating college at the time of application.
The accumulated points represent the minimum scholarship (grant or discount – non-loan based financial aid) that the student will receive. Colleges can “stack” [add] or “blend” [include] Tuition Rewards with other institutional scholarships, awards and discounts.
